Thank you, Nagisa
After completing my first novel, I wanted to self-publish. Darkflame Books will be the starting point for an ongoing fiction series.
I had a conversation with a close family member last week about the challenges of self-publishing, and the only thing holding me back at the moment is the funding to make it happen.
My first novel is complete and revised, and it’s ready to go as soon as I have the business set up. I’ve put so much work into this, and I would love to see it become a reality,
Even if you’re unable to help out financially, I would really appreciate it if you could signal boost this and help spread it around. Thank you all so much for the encouragement and advice along the way.
Wish me luck!
I have 24 days left to make this happen, and I’m still $1100 short of the $1500 goal.
To add a little more background, this is a project that has been years in the making. I finished the first draft of Lost & Found in 2009, and I’ve been working on revisions and working out a publishing plan for the past five years. This has been a life-long dream of mine, and it would mean so much to me if I could see this become a reality.
You can find the Facebook page here, and I’m working on the darkflamebooks blog, too. There are currently two excerpts posted - the first one is on the Kickstarter page, and the other one is on the Facebook page.
If you’re unable to help financially, I’d really appreciate a signal boost. Every little bit helps, especially when it comes to getting the word out about this.
Thanks again for the support and encouragement!
